Yes, without the Storefront Token the mobile app will not be able to get the required resources from the store.

IS THERE ANY SPECIFIC VIDEO FORMAT IN WHICH THE VIDEO SHOULD BE?
Any video format suitable for uploading on Youtube will be good.

Pricing

WILL I GET A REFUND IN CASE I CHOOSE TO DISCONTINUE THE SERVICES OF MAGENATIVE IN THE MIDDLE OF A BILLING CYCLE?
In case your cancellation request is placed in the middle of a billing cycle, any advance payment made (for that month or year) will not be refunded.
When will I have to pay for the app?
After completion of your free trial period, you can choose a pricing plan and make payments accordingly.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR 3RD PARTY FUNCTIONALITIES IN THE APP DELIVERED TO ME?
We accept payments from PayPal, Payoneer, PayU and Bank Transfer external payment methods available.

Shopify Mobile Notifications

HOW MANY PUSH NOTIFICATIONS I CAN SEND?
Depending on the pricing plan you choose, you can send 3 notifications every month (Basic plan), 5 notifications every month (Growth plan), and Unlimited push notifications every month (Enterprise plan).
CAN I SEND SCHEDULED PUSH NOTIFICATIONS?
Yes. You can easily schedule push notifications on the basis of timing, date, and slot and it will be sent automatically to select customers.
HOW TO SEND SCHEDULED PUSH NOTIFICATIONS?
For sending Scheduled Push Notifications, first you have to create a scheduler providing all the details. Set the Status to Enabled and save it. The notification will be sent automatically on a given date and time.
CAN I TEST PUSH NOTIFICATIONS BEFORE SENDING IT?
Yes, of course. You can test each and every push notification that you create before sending it to the customer.

How long will it take for my app to be live on App Store/PlayStore?
Following app submission, it takes somewhere around 3-6 business days to get your app published on Google Play Store. Whereas, it takes around 2 weeks for Apple App Store.
How I can publish my app on the App Store/Play Store?
For publishing the app on the Play Store and App Store, first, you have to fill the Publish App section in the MageNative app panel. Then provide us the admin access of your developer account.

Do I need to generate a Shopify privacy policy for App Store listing?
Yes, you must add a privacy policy link while submitting your app on the App Store. You can generate your privacy policy by vising the Shopify free privacy policy generator.

Migration

Can I migrate from the old MageNative Shopify platform to a new one?
Yes, any customer wishing to migrate from the old platform to the new platform can do so. Let us know and we’ll help you out in migrating to the new platform.
Will my customizations remain intact after migration to the new MageNative Shopify platform?
No. After you migrate to the new platform, all customizations which were there in the old platform have to be done again.
